DLP Expert Service

As a DLP Expert service, service will be to:

• Provide expert-level support and consultation to AXA entities in implementing, managing, and optimizing DLP solutions.
• Delivering DLP product and support the product development team throughout the product lifecycle.
• Actively participate in the development of the product, product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the product team.
• Drive the autolabelling project as part of the ONE TRUST program
• Build and design the associated new processes
• Supports the product Manager and product Owner in matters of users/customers requirement management.
• Communication towards entities and engagement with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the product Manager and product Owner on conducting different governances such as:
– Entities’ governance regarding the scope of DLP + Governance follow up (quarterly).
– Monthly Security Governance with entities and providers (Symantec – Microsoft).
– Quarterly governance meeting with GO Security.
• Support new onboardings and troubleshooting.
• Support in Project topics – New Microsoft Endpoint DLP for Windows Edition (kick off, change process, apps migration…).
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (mainly with M365 team) to design and implement DLP/MIP policies

Hands on expertise on DLP products – expertise of Microsoft environment is mandatory.
• Expertise on Microsoft Information Protection and autolabelling
• Expertise with security assessment methodologies such as risk assessment, vulnerability assessment, and threat modeling.
• Expertise of data protection and privacy regulations such as GDPR.
• Technical project coordination.
• IT security expertise.
